Custom kitchen cabinets, wardrobes & carpentry

Built-in carpentry measured for your home, not off the shelf. Kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV cabinets and walk-in wardrobes in the finish you choose.

Custom kitchen cabinet with timber laminate and quartz worktop

Good carpentry makes a small home feel bigger. Our carpenters build kitchen cabinets, wardrobe cabinets and TV feature walls to the centimetre, using hardware that stands up to daily use. Not sure which board or finish to choose? Our cabinet materials guide compares the options.

Kitchen cabinet design

We plan kitchens around how you cook: where the hob, sink and fridge sit, how much drawer space you need and where small appliances live. Most Malaysian homes have a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen, and each needs different materials.

Wet kitchen design

A wet kitchen design handles heavy cooking, steam and water. We recommend aluminium or waterproof board carcasses with a quartz or solid surface top, plus a powerful hood and an easy-clean backsplash.

Wardrobe cabinets and walk-in wardrobes

Sliding or swing doors, full-height or with an overhead box, mirrored, glass or solid panels. For larger master bedrooms we design walk-in wardrobes with open shelving, drawers, a dressing table and lighting built in.

TV cabinet design

A TV cabinet often becomes the feature of a living room. We combine low cabinets, floating shelves, concealed wiring and wall panels, often in Japandi or minimalist styles. See our guide to Japandi and Muji style for inspiration.

What affects the cost

  • Length and height of the cabinets
  • Board material and finish (laminate, 2K paint, veneer)
  • Hardware: soft-close hinges, drawer runners, lift-up systems
  • Worktop material for kitchens
  • Lighting and glass details

Frequently asked questions

What types of materials are used for custom cabinets and wardrobes?

Common options are plywood, melamine-faced board, MDF and aluminium. Finishes include laminate, 2K spray paint and timber veneer. We’ll match the material to the room’s humidity and how heavily it is used.

How long does custom carpentry take?

After the design is confirmed, fabrication usually takes 3 to 5 weeks, and installation takes 1 to 3 days for most kitchens and wardrobes.

Are aluminium kitchen cabinets better than wood?

For wet kitchens, aluminium is more resistant to water and termites. For dry kitchens and wardrobes, plywood or board cabinets give more finish options and a warmer look.
